St. Joseph’s Hospital will launch their 2013 Healthy Living Series on January 22nd with a presentation by Dr. Stephanie Frame. “Healthy Eating for the New Year” will focus on changes that you can make today in order to ensure a healthier tomorrow. Dr. Frame will give tips that are easy to follow, are inexpensive and can help to improve your family’s health. With just some small changes, you can lose weight and decrease your chance of diabetes, cancer and heart disease.
“Healthy Eating for the New Year” will be held on Tuesday, January 22nd at 5:30 pm in the library of St. Joseph’s Hospital. The presentation is free and open to the public. It is the first in a series of presentations that will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. February’s presentation will be “Electronic Health Records and You” presented by Brian Williams, Director of Information Services for St. Joseph’s Hospital on Tuesday, February 26th.
