present the annual Blood Screening and Spring Health Fair!

April 12th and 19th from 6:30am to 10:00am at these locations:
Tri-County Health Clinic in Rock Cave
St. Joseph's Hospital Laboratory
Buckhannon-Upshur Middle School

All organizations interested in setting up a booth at the
Buckhannon-Upshur Middle School for the event on April 19th
can download a form to fill out and mail in or FAX to 473-2175.
All forms must be returned by April 11th, 2008.
